By downloading, installing, or using Hold Firm, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Hold Firm is a personal organisational tool and is provided "as is" and "as available".

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own private use. You may not resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the app.

You are solely responsible for the documents you add to the app, for keeping your device and its passcode or biometrics secure, and for maintaining your own backups. You are also responsible for verifying every important date and detail yourself against the original document.

The automatic reading of document types, numbers, issued dates, and expiry dates is a convenience aid. It may be incomplete or inaccurate, particularly with unusual layouts, poor lighting, or handwritten text. Where no expiry date is found the app shows N/A and you can enter it manually. Reminders depend on the dates stored in the app and on your device notification settings.

Nothing in the app or on this website is legal, financial, medical, tax, or any other form of professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions that matter.

You agree to use the app lawfully and only with documents you are entitled to hold. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, or interfere with the app, use it to store or distribute unlawful material, or use it in any way that infringes the rights of others.

The app, its name, logo, design, and code remain the property of holdfirm.app and its licensors. Your documents remain entirely yours, and we claim no rights over them.

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or discontinue the app or any of its features, or terminate this licence, if these terms are breached or if we stop offering the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction placeholder], without regard to conflict of law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
